We have all recently felt the pinch of a down economy. The question that we ask ourselves in our industry is when will it bounce back? There is obviously no easy answer (otherwise I wouldn’t be posting this!). In our industry in particular there have been companies going out of business or the consolidation of former competitors. All this points to the fact that our market/indsutry in the South Florida area was saturated.
Although no one likes to admit it but all these consolidations and closing business’s open up great opportunities for those who are able to weather the storm. Companies that are able to survive will not only be in a solid position for the recovery, they will be the smartest (in some cases just the wealthiest, you know who you are!) and best prepared.
At the end what does that mean? Well for our clients and future clients it means that they will be dealing with organizations that have had the wherewithal and foresight to constantly innovate and provide better solutions and show VALUE to their customers. In the end the customer wins, as do we all!
The chaff has been removed in the past 2 years, now it is time to work hard to produce our bread.
